The Psilocybin Facilitators Association

Our Story

The Psilocybin Facilitators Association was created by licensed facilitators with Oregon Psilocybin Services. Our hopes are to create a community of regulated facilitators to share best practices, advocate for changes, and learn new skills to continue to support the clients we serve.

Join our mailing list to receive updates on training and events.

About the PFA

Learn best practices to increase positive mental health results of your clients cases and how to best collaborate with licensed mental health therapists while honoring your scope of practice. Free PAT Guide Books are available along with other valuable resources for you and your clients.

At the center of PAT and non-solo experiences is a range of professionals  focused on the safety and productive experience of the client/seeker.

Our resources are centered on how you as the professional handling the administration and care of the seeker during a session can learn best practices to support your client with their mental health goals.

With the introduction of licensed facilitators (affiliated professionals) in Oregon and Colorado, there are now professionals able to work in an “above ground” setting who provide services at licensed establishments under state regulation. Unaffiliated professionals work in less regulated, underground, settings with more leeway in their work.

Our resources are designed to make your role easier.

Designed by seekers, psychedelic professionals (PP), and clinical professionals to help educate and empower you in determining if and how to utilize psilocybin-assisted therapy (PAT) best practices into your existing practice.

PATA’s model shows how PPs play a vital role in a client’s PAT experience without expensive training.
